  • You can make the return on delivery or up to 14 days after delivery
  • Delivery act - you must indicate on the carrier's Bill of Lading which anomalies are detected (eg damaged box; missing item, ...), and whether you want to exchange or refund.
  • The returned items must be in perfect condition, complete and properly packaged in the original packaging accompanied by the respective purchase invoice (original), exchange of perfumes, after-shave, shower gel, body loction, creams, cosmetics or other items are not accepted of hygiene, the packaging of which has been opened. In case of withdrawal or error by the customer, the cost of the return will be charged.
  • Refunds are processed up to 30 days after receipt and acceptance of returned products.

In accordance with article 6 of Decree-Law no. 143/2001, of 26 April, the client has 14 days to terminate the contract without payment of indemnity and without the need to indicate the reason, deadline counted from the day the order is received by the customer. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the order to the respective manufacturers. Only if the product is defective will shipping costs be paid by the manufacturer.

ATTENTION: Only returns for defective access products or those sent by mistake will be returned in their original and complete packaging. Products returned incomplete, used or damaged will not be accepted.

To return your order just send an email to within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
All refunds are made by bank transfer within 8 days. The customer will have to send us his bank details (account NIB, bank and the holder), in order to proceed with the refund.
